The aromas are the distinctive feature of this panettone, new for 2023. First of all the explosive aroma of rosemary which permeates the dough and marries the more delicate aroma of chestnuts, creating a panettone with a rounded and autumnal flavour, sweet but not too much, perfect to be accompanied by a meditation wine.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour*, CHESTNUT SCRAP (chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup), butter*, egg yolk*, sugar, water, natural yeast*, honey, RAPEE ORANGE (orange peel, sugar, water, bread with grapes , E330, E202, E160a), salt, cocoa powder, pine nuts*, rosemary. Glazing: CHOCOLATE (sugar, cocoa, vegetable fat, powdered milk*, soy lecithin, flavourings), pine nuts*.
