Nougat

A product that doesn't need too many words to be told. It has far too many traditions, recipes and stories, scattered throughout the country. Torrone Giuntini is a soft nougat, which comes from the recipe handed down from generation to generation and came to us thanks to grandfather Franco.

Almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios, toasted and then combined with honey and sugar expertly transformed into caramel by the hands of Tommaso and Maria, our pastry chefs.

It is a must on Christmas tables and in holiday gift baskets, but the truth is that it is good all year round, one bite after another... from generation to generation.

INGREDIENTS:

hazelnuts*27%, sugar, almonds*peel 19%, honey 20%, water, egg white*, pistachios* 3%, OSTIA (potato starch, water, vegetable oil), lemon juice, VANILLIN (food flavourings).

It may seem like a paradox, but you can dare to pair it with cheeses, especially creamy ones (mascarpone and gorgonzola), or alternatively with mature pecorino.
