Black Cherry and Chocolate Colomba

The special flavor of 2024 was born from the friendship with Fabbri© and its iconic Amarena, semi-candied and preserved in syrup. Tommaso married it to our dark chocolate, creating a dove with an enveloping flavour, in which bites of pleasant sweetness and freshness alternate, given by the black cherry in syrup, and the harmonious roundness of the dark chocolate which, in precious diamonds, melt into mouth giving a note of heat. A perfect mix of taste and refinement enclosed in a soft, softly honeycombed dough enriched with a crunchy hazelnut glaze.
A true homage to spring which, lively, gently warms even the coldest winter.
