Unmissable on the Easter table, our classic version of the raisin colomba does not contain candied fruit, but is rich in bites of sultanas soaked in Marsala. A delicate flavor that enhances the softness of the dough, highlighting its most hidden qualities and aromas. A taste that looks to essence, simplicity and tradition.

INGREDIENTS:

Type '0' soft wheat flour*, water, RAISINS (raisins, hydrogenated vegetable oil 0.5%), butter*14%, natural yeast*, egg yolk* 11%, sugar, honey, skimmed milk* powder, RAPE ORANGE (orange peel, sugar, water, flavourings, E330, E202, E160a), salt, malt powder, MARSALA (liqueur wine, sulfur dioxide and sulphites (traces)*).

GLAZING:

MANDORGLASS (sugar, rice flour, almonds 10%, apricot kernels, vegetable fat, modified starch*, glucose syrup, flavourings).
