The original from Parto, but with the addition of a little butter which makes it crumbly, tasty, soft and excellent for the classic dip with Vin Santo. This dough which embraces and enhances the almond, rigorously toasted and whole, is the history of Tuscan pastry making. INGREDIENTS:
Type '0' soft wheat flour*, sugar, almonds* peel 17%, whole eggs*, butter*, MARSALA (liqueur wine, sulfur dioxide and trace sulphites*) SKIMMED MILK* POWDERED (skimmed milk* powder), syrup of glucose, YEAST CHEMICALS (leavening agents: E450i, E500ii, starch*), salt, VANILLIN (food flavourings).
